Tulsee

Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the Tulsee app. Using it means you accept them. Please read the medical section — it is the part that matters.

What Tulsee is

Tulsee reads the treatment sheets your clinic gives you and turns them into a plan you can follow: what to take, when, and what is coming next. It reminds you, tracks what you have done, and keeps your documents in one place.

What Tulsee is not

Tulsee is not a medical device, and it does not practise medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or decide anything about your care. It does not review what your clinic has told you for correctness. Every instruction in the app came from a document you gave it or something you entered yourself.

It does not replace your clinic. It cannot answer questions about your treatment, cannot act in an emergency, and nobody is monitoring it on your behalf.

If the app and your clinic disagree, your clinic is right. Call them. Do not change a dose, skip an injection, or delay a visit because of something you read here.

In an emergency, call emergency services.

What you are responsible for

Checking what the app read. Tulsee reads your documents automatically and automatic reading gets things wrong. That is why nothing enters your plan until you have reviewed it item by item, alongside the line it came from. Reviewing carefully is your job, and it matters most on doses and timings.

Keeping it current. If your clinic changes something, tell the app. It only knows what it has been given.

Your account. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if someone else has been in it.

Being 18 or over. Tulsee is not for minors.

What you may not do

Use Tulsee for anyone other than yourself and, where the app supports it, a partner in your own treatment. Try to reach another person’s information. Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Resell it or pass it off as your own. Use it to give anyone else medical advice.

Your information

The Privacy Policy says what we collect and what we do with it. What you put into Tulsee is yours. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running your plan and nothing else.

Content in the app

Some injection guides are transcribed from the FDA-approved labeling of the product, and we say on each one where it came from. That text belongs to its manufacturer. Everything else — the app, its design, its software — is ours.

The guides describe the general procedure for a product. Your clinic’s instructions come first, always.

Availability

We will try to keep Tulsee running, and we will not always succeed. It may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed.

Do not rely on it as your only reminder for something time-critical. A trigger shot that has to happen at a particular minute needs a backup that is not this app.

Ending it

You can stop using Tulsee whenever you like, clear your data in Settings, or email privacy@tulsee.ai to delete your account.

We may suspend an account that is being used to harm the service or someone using it.

Liability

Tulsee is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the past twelve months.

Nothing here limits our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top moves when we do, and we will tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use Tulsee after a change means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
