Tulsee

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Tulsee helps you follow a fertility treatment plan your clinic gave you. To do that it holds some of the most sensitive information there is: what you have been prescribed, when you take it, and where you are in a cycle.

This policy says what we collect, where it goes, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it so that you can actually check it, rather than so that it covers us.

What we collect

When you sign in. Tulsee uses Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. We receive your name and email address from whichever you choose. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address Apple gives us. We also record the device name, platform, app version and OS version, so a session can be tied to one install.

We never see your Apple or Google password.

What you tell us about yourself. Your name, date of birth and gender, if you enter them during onboarding, and your time zone.

What you bring us. Photos or PDFs of the sheets your clinic gives you, files you attach, and anything you type into the conversation with Tulsee. These are the documents the app reads to build your plan.

Your plan and what you do with it. The medications, doses, timings, appointments, instructions and warning signs read out of your documents or entered by you; whether each dose was taken, skipped or postponed; symptoms and how you have been feeling, if you record them.

Health data from your phone, only if you turn it on. If you connect Apple Health, Tulsee reads only: heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, body weight and step count. It can write back observations you choose to save. Connecting Apple Health is optional, you are asked separately, and you can switch it off in the Health app at any time.

What we do not collect

There is no tracking in the app, of any kind. No advertising identifiers, no analytics SDK, no attribution SDK, no third-party tags. The only third-party code in the app is Google’s sign-in library, and the database libraries that encrypt data on your phone.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you for any purpose other than running your plan.

Tulsee does not send push notifications and does not hold a push token for your device. Your dose reminders are scheduled by the app on your phone, from the plan already on it.

This website is separate from the app and uses a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service to count page views. It does not identify you and is not connected to your Tulsee account.

Where it goes and who touches it

Everything runs in Amazon Web Services, in the United States.

Your documents are stored in Amazon S3, encrypted with a key we control. The storage blocks all public access. Older versions of a replaced document are removed after 90 days.

Your plan and your account are stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database, reachable only from our own servers — it is not exposed to the internet.

On your phone, Tulsee keeps an encrypted copy so the app works without a signal. It is encrypted with SQLCipher and the key is held in the iOS Keychain.

In transit, everything is HTTPS.

Two services read your documents on our behalf:

Amazon Textract converts photographs of a page into text. Anthropic’s Claude, through Amazon Bedrock, reads that text and turns it into a plan you review. This runs inside AWS. Under our agreement with AWS, your content is not used to train any model and is not retained by the model provider after the request.

These two, plus Apple and Google for sign-in, are the only outside parties that see any of it.

Nothing changes your plan until you say so

Everything a document produces is a proposal. It is shown to you, item by item, with the line from your sheet that it came from, and nothing enters your plan until you accept it. Tulsee is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It helps you follow instructions your clinician already gave you.

If something in the app disagrees with your clinic, your clinic is right — call them.

What you can do

See it. Everything Tulsee holds is in the app: your plan, your documents, and the history of every change with what caused it.

Clear it. Settings will erase every piece of health information on your account — documents, plans, medications, schedules, everything — and return the app to a fresh start. Your sign-in stays.

Delete the account. Email privacy@tulsee.ai and we will delete the account and everything attached to it. We are building this into the app; until it lands, email is the way.

Disconnect Apple Health at any time in the Health app, without affecting anything else.

Sign out, on one device or all of them.

How long we keep it

We keep your plan and documents for as long as your account exists, because a cycle is a record you need to look back at. When you clear your data or ask us to delete the account, it goes. Replaced versions of a document are removed after 90 days.

Children

Tulsee is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Where you are

Tulsee is operated from the United States and your information is processed there. If you use it from elsewhere, that is where it goes.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will change this page and move the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
